Objective: The objective of the paper is to provide broad understanding about basic concepts and techniques of human behaviour to the students.

The main objective of the paper is to acquaint the students with general Commercial Laws. The syllabus comprises of  following two units.  Unit I  comprises of  provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Unit II describes special contracts, Right to Information Act, 2005, The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
